Sinopsis
Narra la historia del inversor Bernie Madoff y su estafa Ponzi piramidal, con la que estafó a sus clientes miles de millones de dólares. Una persona que construyó su fortuna engañando a todo aquel que se le acercaba sin tener en cuenta el mal que podía estar haciendo. Así, el foco de la trama se centra en las consecuencias que tiene para “el brujo” del título la vida de mentiras que ha construido durante 16 años. Hablando sin finuras, The wizard of lies es la historia de cómo una bola de mierda se vuelve tan grande que lo arrasa todo a su paso.
